You don't have to navigate this alone.
We're here for your loved one, and for you. Family support is part of hospice care itself, not something extra.
Support that continues beyond hospice.
Our support for your family doesn't end when hospice care does. Vivie's team stays connected through anticipatory grief, the days immediately after a loss, and the months that follow, with the same team who already knows your story.
What grief can look like.
It's common to start grieving before someone dies, and that doesn't mean you've given up on your loved one.
It tends to come in waves rather than move through predictable steps, even long after a loss.
Grief can bring anger, numbness, or even relief, sometimes all at once, and none of it means you're grieving wrong.
Fatigue, appetite changes, and sleep trouble are common responses to grief, not signs something else is wrong.
Support for the people who love them.
One-on-one grief support and support groups are available for spouses, adult children, and close friends, for 13 months following the death of a loved one.
Support for children and families.
Grief looks different for children. Our team can help families talk with kids about illness and loss in age-appropriate ways, and connect them with resources built for young grievers.

"It's so important for the family"
I know how important it is to help the family because it's a scary time. And I think it's so important for the family just to be able to love on each other and have that time together.- Terri, spouse of former hospice patient
"They've been here to support my mother."
They've been here to support my mother emotionally, physically, and everything actually. Through everything, they've been terrific people.- Sherrie, daughter of former hospice patient
